DynaVibe Technical Support

The DynaVibe itself is simple to use and generally requires very little support. However balancing a ship can be quite challenging. If you're having trouble, be sure to check the DynaVibe Classic F.A.Q. and Balancing Tips for help. Balancing tips are also posted to our Facebook Page.

If you do have questions about the DynaVibe, please send your question to support@rpxtech.com. Note that do to the variety of aircraft we may not be able to answer questions about balancing a particular ship. For assitance with rotorcraft track and balance, please contact the rotorcraft manufacturer for recommended procedures and troubleshooting tips.

If you have questions while balancing, please email several pictures of your setup to us! It is usually very helpful and sometimes we can identify problems that can save you hours of troubleshooting.

 

DynaVibe 1 year Warranty

For a period of one year after the delivery date, RPX Technologies, Inc. warrants that the DynaVibe will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If warranty work for the DynaVibe is necessary, RPX will accept return of the product, shipping prepaid by the customer, for repair or replacement. Such repair or replacement, including parts, labor, and return shipping will be at RPX's expense.

Note that RPX is the original manufacturer of most of the DynaVibe's components. This makes DynaVibe repairs fast and cost-effective.

In the event that a DynaVibe needs repaired, please email support@rpxtech.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions prior to return shipment.
